One inbox, actually read
There is no contact form, no ticket system and no autoresponder. Email reaches the studio directly, and a person replies.
We removed the contact form. It collected a name, an email and a message, and then told you delivery was not connected and to email us instead — which is a form pretending to be a form.

What to send
- Something is broken — a tool giving the wrong answer, a game that will not load, a page that fails on your browser. Tell us what you did, what happened and what you expected.
- A mistake in an article — send the link and what is wrong with it. Corrections get made and noted rather than quietly edited.
- A security issue — put “Security” in the subject line. We acknowledge within a couple of days and will not pursue anyone reporting in good faith. There is no bounty programme.
- A question about the work — how something was built, why a decision went the way it did. These are the emails we most enjoy getting.
- Anything commercial — we are small and not actively taking on outside work, so the answer is usually no, but you will get a straight answer rather than silence.
